Your Host

Hi, I'm Callie! I'm a mom of four who loves to get out and explore with my family. I created Forced Family Fun because nothing is more important to me than making memories with my loved ones. Of course, sometimes those loved ones (especially the teens) need a little convincing. So, we joke that we're "forcing" them to have fun with us!

I’m passionate about creating comfortable spaces where you can enjoy quality time together, and yes—"force" your people to make lasting memories. It’s all about those moments that will stay with you for a lifetime.

What time are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and checkout is at 10:00am.

Are early check-in and late checkout available?

After booking, you will receive a link to request a 2-hour early check-in or late checkout for a small fee. This request goes to our cleaning team who will approve it if they can accommodate it in their schedules that day.

Do you allow pets?

Our Kanab properties do not allow pets. Our Heber-Overgaard cabins do allow pets for a fee of $50 per pet per reservation. (Pets are not to be left in the cabin unattended unless in a crate. Please bring your own blankets/towels for your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture.)

How far are the properties from the nearby National Parks?

Kanab, UT is about a 40-minute drive to the East entrance of Zion National Park, about 1 hour 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Heber-Overgaard, AZ is about an hour drive to the Petrified Forest National Park.

A perfect desert oasis for the whole family! Great style and layout, spacious private and communal areas, comfy beds, huge showers. The pool slide and ping pong table were a hit for the kids, and the hot tub and fire pit were favs for the adults. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

PERFECT PLACE FOR PEACE AND CONVENIENCE. Adorable cabin, clean, everything you need, lovely neighbors, hospitable , fun restaurants across the street, wild horses / Black canyon lake nearby. This cabin looks just like the pictures, the hot tub is fantastic and on a private little deck with string lights for a relaxing evening. We found the upper deck a great place for stargazing and catching some sun without any eyes on us 😉The place was immaculately clean and had all the things we needed and more. The washer and dryer were an added bonus since we spent a lot of time at the surrounding lakes. I would highly recommend this cabin and the cute little “village” it’s in for any reason, but especially if you just want to get away from it all and just relax.
